Co-FounderWith over 15 years of outreach experience, Evy brings deep expertise in community engagement, campaign work, and Spanish-language communications. She’s a powerhouse when it comes to translation and transcreationmaking sure every message not only lands but also resonates across cultures.
At We Are Oso, Evy leads business operations and keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

Co-FounderJorge leads the We Are Oso team with nearly 20 years of experience in marketing and creative production. He’s a seasoned strategist who has spearheaded impactful campaigns in health, education, and government initiatives.
Outside of work, Jorge mentors local small businesses and serves on advisory boards to uplift local communities.
